We have been established in Canada since 1998 and, until May 2005, were part of a large, international financial services organization with headquarters in the United States. We bring large firm background and expertise to mid-sized transactions.
The core of our M&A service is the representation of business owners seeking to sell all or part of their ownership interest. We provide a turn-key service from initial evaluation to packaging the opportunity, sourcing multiple buyers and negotiation of a successful closing.
