CAL COCHRANE

Cal has specialized in the M&A field since 1990 and joined Geneva Canada in 1998. During that time he has initiated and closed over seventy transactions. Prior to specializing in M&A, Cal spent three years as President of Johnston Equipment, a material handling equipment distributor with sales in excess of $100 million. He also was a tax partner in a major accounting firm, Ernst & Whinney, and specialized in Canadian and International taxation. He has served as a director of public and private companies and is a past director of Big Brothers/Big Sisters Metro Toronto. In addition to being a Chartered Professional Accountant, Cal has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Windsor.
