S.i. Systems Ltd. Acquires Genex Systems Professionals Group

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(CCN Matthews - Dec. 6, 2006) - S.i. Systems Ltd. (www.sisystems.com) is pleased to announce that it has successfully completed the acquisition of Genex Systems Professionals Group, a private information technology consulting and staffing firm headquartered in Toronto with 120 IT professionals providing consulting services to the banking and insurance industries. Genex was named one of Canada's Hot 50 growth companies in 2006 by Canadian Business magazine.

Genex will continue to operate business as usual, same name and staff, as a division of S.i. Systems Ltd. A formal name change from Genex to S.i. Systems Ltd. will occur in early 2007.
