Markham, Canada - December 1, 1998 - Geac Computer Corporation Limited announced today that it has acquired Vancouver based TWG Technologies, Inc., to further enhance its Networks and Technical Services Operation in western Canada.

With annual revenues of approximately $3 million, TWG is a provider of NT Server and UNIX networked computer system integration and support services to large and mid-sized companies. The scope of services TWG provides include field service, network design and system integration, education and training, helpdesk outsourcing and product sales.
