Canada Stampings Limited has been acquired by a private investment group. The Company is a leading manufacturer of custom precision metal stampings and valueadded assemblies. Based in Woodstock, Ontario, the Company has been in continuous operations since 1898 and currently serves Tier 1 automotive manufacturers producing a variety of small to medium size metal parts and components including stainless steel. exhaust products, engine pulleys, automotive brackets, rounded full parts, and idlers. The Company also produce various stamped parts and components for the commercial, electrical, and furniture markets. Geneva represented the Seller in this transaction. | |
