| Transaction Announcement: Louisville, KY - August 5, 2018 - V-Soft Consulting Group, Inc. has announced the completion of the acquisition of Lintex Computer Group and Lintex Global Staffing (Lintex) located in Toronto, Canada effective August 1, 2018.
