Preco-MSE acquires a controlling interest in Construction Audet & Knight July 8, 2019 - Audet & Knight is proud to announce that they have joined forces with Preco-MSE, an affiliate of the Roxboro group, which acquired a controlling interest in the Company. The Sellers will retain a minority interest and remain in their leadership roles in the Company. As a result of this transaction the Company will strengthen its leading position in its markets providing the Company with new opportunities for growth and success.
