Nautilus is a leading provider of environmental toxicity testing and consulting services and is headquartered in Burnaby, BC. The Company has a second laboratory in Calgary, AB. IEH is a leading food and environmental laboratory business with operations in the United States, Canada and Western Europe. Geneva Canada advised the Company through the divestiture process.
