Transaction Announcement: London, ON, April 30, 2021KelCoatings Limited and sister company Oakside Chemicals Limited have been acquired by Cloverdale Paint Inc. In business for over 50 years, KelCoatings is an established manufacturer of custom coatings for coil coating applicators/customers located in Canada and the United States. Oakside Chemicals recycles solvents used by industrial paint applicators in Southern Ontario. Cloverdale is a leading manufacturer of architectural, industrial and coil coatings with operations in Canada and the United States.
